Quaint library and lounge with complimentary services. Friendly and caring staff. Expansive suite with garden view and fireplace. Quality breakfast. Delightful and comfortable ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The hotel was located in the peaceful Sloan Square area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel right at home. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast by the fire was a treat, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the charming and quaint lobbies, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The bathtub could have been a bit larger.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to Sloane Square tube station and situated in the wonderful neighborhood of Chelsea. You can easily access all the museums, restaurants, and pubs in the area. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with a touch of Victorian charm. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The continental breakfast, although simple, is satisfying. The rooms also offer a peaceful view of the beautiful garden.

I would have preferred more amenities, such as a pool or gym, to enhance the overall experience.

Location near Sloane Square. Tea & biscuits 4-5pm, champagne 6-7pm, hot chocolate at night. Attentive staff. Traditional home feel, room names, garden view. Quiet, comfortable bed. No pool/gym, optional breakfast. Eating/drinking options nearby. Comfortable room, free champagne, helpful staff. Good suite for family. High occupancy year-round. Close to attractions, easy transportation. Old world charm, nice breakfast. Quaint lobbies.

The room at the Draycott was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful fireplace that added a cozy touch. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the heart of the city. upon returning to the room after a trip out, I was horrified to discover hygiene issues with the toilet. Sewage had surfaced within the toilet, even though we hadn't used it yet. The turn down service had clearly missed this. Despite several staff members coming to resolve the issue, we were not offered a change of room or a sincere apology.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel, where all our exclusive needs were fulfilled. the attention to detail and the personalized service provided by the staff were exceptional. the room advantages, including the private facilities, were truly luxurious.

We found that the hotel had limited space in the Gym facilities. the unique atmosphere and outstanding location of the venue made up for this minor issue.

As an engineer, I appreciate the classical look, but it was not convenient to use.

Not obvious to find.

We had a good stay at a charming hotel in a quiet and safe area. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a Tube station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were pretty good too make our stay nice. Our room was well-maintained and had a lovely view of the garden. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning and the tea and biscuits in the afternoon. The hotel's ambiance and sitting rooms were perfect for unwinding. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the city. it was a real treat!
